After winning multiple awards over his 15 year career in the property industry, Nick wanted to create an award that is not only dedicated to suppliers, but sets the standard for all awards.
As well as heading up the Proper Awards, Nick is the founder of Eight Asset Management, PROPel and Leasehold Social.
Rob is the CEO of Gigabyte Software – a tech agency who develop bespoke software for property management companies. His most recent creation, Credensa, solves the process of supplier accreditation and is what powers the customer feedback platform The Proper Awards is built on.
